OPTONE has introduced a new family of industrial Ethernet media converters for transportation, factory automation, surveillance and utility networks. The compact DIN-rail units extend copper Ethernet over fiber in locations where commercial desktop equipment is not suitable.
Built for field deployment
The series supports -40°C to 75°C operation, redundant DC power inputs, link-fault pass-through and an IP30 metal enclosure. Gigabit SFP slots allow operators to select multimode, single-mode or BiDi optics according to the fiber plant.
Flexible configurations
Models are available with standard Gigabit Ethernet, PoE+ and fixed-fiber interfaces. Unmanaged versions simplify point-to-point extensions, while project configurations can include managed features for VLAN and link monitoring.
